Mon: Abs+Yoga, Boxing, Arms (bi/tri)
Tue: Run*, Yoga*, Chest
Wed: Abs+Yoga*, Boxing, Tennis
Thur: Run*, Yoga*, Shoulder, Tennis
Fri: Abs+Yoga, Boxing, Soccer
Each workout is about 1-1.5 hr. Rest on weekends or do a little bit of sport/cardio. Taking TRT 200mg/week, some peptides...
