The net of it is, all these posts have good advice. Specifically, your hormones are peaking and you can grow so easy! Right food, food and more food you'll be amazed. But it's the right foods and NOT WHAT the HEALTH teacher says. :-)
Depends. If I'm short for time I do maybe 15 min before as a warmup, lift hard and then do 20 min afterward while the last 10 min I am starting to consume food.
