I personally am not a fan of weight belts as they have never helped my lower back. Fully warming up before lifting and making my legs and core stronger have helped my lower back the most
I seen this flamboyant ass dude the other day killing it with some dance routine cardio in front of the mirror at the dumbbells.. Like come on brotha, i'm trying to lift some heavy ass weight and you are here waving your arms around and killing some high knees running in place. SMH.. :confused:
Agree ^^ make sure you have a deload that works for you.. I sip gatorade while I workout and make a trip to the water fountain and refill halfway with water
I did.. A few years ago. Not that i'm proud of it - BUT, Just be professional and treat your probation like a business ( it is your job). Stay clean ALWAYS and you will be successful, Good luck brotha.
Wouldn't mind spending on a new pair myself.. I have the basic apple buds and they fall out alot. Something that wouldn't fuck up because I sweat ALOT at the gym lol
