Did shoulders yesterday standing military pressed 225 for 2 sets of 6 no legs whatsoever my partner even noticed how clean it was. I know that's nothing to impressive but family history with rotator cuff problems so I'm super careful with my shoulders

Took yesterday off weighed 190 this morning which was super weird lost like 7 pounds but getting stronger I'd say deff leaner and fuller so I'm not complaining. Been almost a month and still no second package I have some other test And tren I'll finish out with and I guess I'll get bloods right...
So yesterday was an off day hit legs today it was a super good workout my legs killed started out squatting 5x3 at 385 then dropped to 315 for 8 225 for 12 and 135 for 18 tried getting20 but legs started to give them did the auxiliary stuff loving

Steady getting all my food in only weigh my self on Mondays, my splits a little goofy right now because of last week and work but chest got 375 for 4 which is a new best for me it was my heavy flat bench day

And Max lifts wise I mean I don't go for max lifts. I can post what I work with each week as I'm sure it will go up if you like but on things like bench and squat and deadlift I don't plan on maxing to much room for injury.

Yesterday was chest day no real strength increase. Vascularity is already increasing. This is my first run with tren and people told me you feel the tren I was a little skeptical but wow I really can tell in my body. Only major side thus far is some lethargy just was hard to get to that place...
