gym 2-3 times a week 35 minute run about 4.5km 20 minutes cross trainer, lightweight weights high reps, chicken and lean mince for dinner with rice or potato. Im trying just seem to of hit a wall...

I've used thermoLipid that has clen in and gives me the shakes BAD.. I don't like the look of the side effects and long time risks...
