Hey guys, starting week 5 tomorrow - and no vision sides after 2 weeks of 25mg/day split and 2 weeks of 50mg/day split - so I was planning on upping the dosage. How much should I jump? I was initially thinking 60mg/day - but considering going up to 70.

Stretch before you lift, stretch between sets, stretch after.
I'm not saying be a yoga person - I'm saying stretch the muscle groups you're working out because it brings in oxygen and takes out lactic acid - unless you're doing specific workout sets
