Depends. If you were prone to acne/other sides id recommend pinning frequently in order to keep bloods more stable. However if that isn't the case, do whatever's most convenient.
I agree nitrate is bad ass. Although I'm not too sure how safe nitrate is in the long term. I take Musclepharm creatine. Its a blend that contains both mono and nitrate.
You need to eat more. As hard as it may be thats what needs to happen. You must achieve a caloric surplus and If that means drinking 2-3 mass gainer shakes a day on top of your current diet so be it. An easy 700-1000 calories down the hatch and doesn't even fill you up. Imo they're a great tool...

I never really understood what the problem was with pinning at a high bf. Pretty much all top level powerlifters do it. The only issues i see is not being able to get as deep of an injection and perhaps being prone to more sides such as gyno.
I go with Allmax Isonatural and Allmax micellar casein. 100% protein. No extra ingredients, flavoring, nothing. Just plain protein. Doesn't taste the best though. Expensive as hell too. But im big on eating clean, organic, etc so its worth it for me.
You guys ever run your tren with trt dose of test? This is what im doing as of right now and I can say for a fact sides are a lot easier to handle as compared to previous cycles. Lovin it so far
Damn. Thats one hell of a stack. Ive really been contemplating about running GH lately. All the talk about the gut is what keeps me away. Although besides that, the benefits seem unreal.
