PCT isn't like an AAS compound... You don't want to start low and see how your body reacts, that's how you don't fully recover. With pct its always best to start on the safe side and see how your body reacts not the low side. Just my two cents, not fully recovering isn't worth saving a few pills...

Yea that's who I was planning to run, already got the Robo prop. Is that your first experience with var? Sounds unusual to not have insane pumps, that's kindof what it is known for. Everybody's body is different though

Ok awesome, yea I'm just tapping the surface of it. I'll have to start incorporating some supersets and watch more vides to educate myself. No kidding though, this program kills! How often are you hitting muscle groups on the program?

I 150% back this. Im doing FST-7 now and the workouts are so fast paced and strenuous it's like cardio constantly. Loving the results!
