    Fish oil was literally the best thing to ever happen to my cholesterol ratios aside from fixing my diet in general, other than that how much cardio are you doing? I do LISS every day for 20 minutes and it has dramatically improved my bloodwork overall.

    As someone who was also prescribed synthroid years ago, I can tell you that you should not up the dose and just listen to your doctor's advice. Most likely he/she put you on a low dose, and wants to see where that brings your levels. Besides, if you up the dose hoping to get fat burning effects...

    Quads seem to be a very "love it or hate it" spot. Personally, quads were the first muscle I ever pinned and they have been my go-to ever since. Almost always smooth and painless for me.

    Yeah just realized you said 3ml EOD.... Why would you abuse your delts like that? Ouch. PIP for shoulder injections is always killer for me.

    Might just be too much oil for that muscle group, other than that you could be injecting too shallow. I have had this happen a few times when I go too shallow on the injection.

    Agreed wholeheartedly with this. Just because you have the trest doesn't mean you should use it right away for your fist cycle!

    You should not even really be attempting to lose fat at all in PCT. PCT is a time when your body is most susceptible to losing substantial amounts of the mass you gained from your cycle, and putting yourself into a caloric deficit is just asking for trouble.
