    What would be good a way to take S4? I have used it for 3 weeks now, 50mg a day and off in the weekends. I had the vision problem at the end of week two. Wasn't gone by Monday morning. I can cope with the yellow sight, but being unable to see a damn thing in the dark is terrible.

    during a set... feels like a pump yes... kinda like a shin pump. everything is swollen too, but that's not unnormal I guess. I 'm guessing some kind of heavy water retention or increased blood flow. pain killers don't help a thing.
