If you're already jittery from using one stim ADDING another stim on top is the wrong answer.
either switch to one of the suggested stim or get off stims all together

If I ever add anything, it's a scoop of vanilla protein powder. Adds some taste if all I have left is folgers or if I want to add some protein to my drink on the go

weighted ab work for lower and upper is great
obliques are fine with normal body resistance
vacuum poses work the under lying abdominal muscle (name escapes me atm) Which helps tighten everything up really good

I feel when climb invisible rope like I'm climbing without legs (really stretch arm out overhead, and pull nice and slow like I'm lifting my body weight towards my shoulders) I do a few slow reps per arm

Ghost I pretty much have the same tempo. Sometimes if I feel like really punishing myself I'll take the tempo to 5-1-1-0
