i've been practicing this sport since 15(almost 11 years). I never took AAS or PH or SARMS but now I decided to use them.
Goal a nice RECOMP (drop body fat 5-9%, increase lean muscle ± 7-8 lbs).
Can anyone help me to design a nice safety...
