I remember a supplement called phosphatidylserine. It was touted as an cortisol reducer. Can anyone speak on the efficacy of this supplement? I don't know much about it.

I agree with a few others in that test is test. I originally stuck with long Esters but got prop on accident once and liked it so I made the switch. Thinking about going back to long in the future because I'm tired of frequent injects.
the nurse may have been confusing corticosteroids with AAS....I,believe corticosteroids can predispose you to diabetes. you'd be surprised even some medical professionals don't know much about AAS.
They've been around for a long long time..used to be good years ago I can't speak on them today. I'm pretty sure they're international. I personally find domestic preferable.
