understood. thank you just for the record i am physique not bodybuilding and i will come in at like 5-6% i was told by my coach that i should be good for the show on size but i just wanted to come in a little bigger
i just want an extra 5-10 lbs im only in week 3 of prop and heard of real good things about week 4 i am naturally lean mens physique but my coach had my on double carbs cause i burn weight fast. i just want to come in a little bigger
im 5 weeks out from my show and had a quick question, i am running prop 3 weeks in and seen gains but im still trying to add some lean mass. so question is can i still get good muscle growth when starting winny cycle? diets in check minimizing cardio atm still pretty lean at 9% i believe lifting...

i have a show in 11 weeks and was just wondering if i could just do a low dose of test to add a few lean pounds. diet is on point and cardio is everyday
