That's a fantastic transformation for 4 weeks. Tell him to keep it up. Those before and after shots should certainly give him a bit of motivation seeing how far he's come.

Minus the egg and oats then throw in cumin, jalapeños, chili, coriander, oregano, and kidney beans is basically my weekend cook for the weeks meals.

I don't actually game as much as I used to. Still try to get in a game of heroes of the storm and attend the build raids for wow, but since I've moved to Sydney it's mostly been work and keeping up with TV shows.
