I've done both cycles with and without creatine, for me I feel better and get better results without it, I think bc its hard on your kidneys and you don't need to be taking anything that's hard on your body while running aas bc it already is.
Well as for dosing time its best in the morning but I can't really say about dosing amounts for a woman bc well I never had to know it lol but yeah like I said Google is awesome. And a 28-30 gauge slin pin will work best bc its a sub q injection usually in the abdominal area around the belly...
