Yeah I agree to not use igf post workout. I think igf des should be taken during your workout though, when lactic acid build up is high. But if you take igf lr3 pre workout, will it not interfere with mgf since it lasts for hours after your training. Or should it be taken a several hours prior...
I like that dosing schedule, but RS makes a comment on super human radio that pegMGF should be taken the day after training because right after training your natural mgf is already high.
