So...today the diet went terribly. Started off ok. Had a bowl of cereal for breakfast, equated to about 3 servings (since cereals servings are smaller, a full bowl is sadly quite a bit)
Around noon I had a subway bacon chicken melt on 9 grain wheat with all the veggies. No chips and a coke...
Missed my update yesterday. Didnt do much. The diet was spot on on the macros. I skipped my second leg day though. The wife wanted to go out and have fun so we did. Today was a little higher on the protein than I would have liked
Breakfast was good, 4 eggs and 4 slices of bacon
I ate at 2 pm...
Late night tonight. Just got home. Had a good day, work sucked, actually had some carb cravings (im a stress eater) but I was able to not screw up the diet
Breakfast was 4 eggs and a brat
Then had 2 meals of 6oz chicken thighs again, had a can of vienna sausage with the second one of those...
Day 5
Today was my rest day. Didn't hit the gym. Ate pretty well, still not having any cravings. Also didn't have any side effects today either, which is pretty nice.
Breakfast: Couple slices of bacon, 6 eggs, some butter, and some coffee with some cream in it
Next two meals were small...
I'm pretty sure I have the ratio right. During the transition phase its 65%/30%/5% F/P/C roughly right? Evo Diet?
Also got the MFP ratios. I just want to make sure this is right...Want this to work!
Breakfast today: couple slices of thick bacon and 6 eggs
Next meal was 8oz rib and 2 servings...
Day 3
Today was a little more rough. Sadly, over my weekend before I started the diet I had a buddy out of town come in and I indulged badly; I started to feel the effects of a low/no carb diet for the transition phase. About 6:30; roughly 30 minutes after I ate my pre workout dinner, I got...
Day 2: did pretty well today. about 30 minutes ago I started feeling nauseous though. I don't know exactly why. Maybe the change in fats and proteins compared to what I'm used to, maybe not. I did chest today, pretty good workout:
Following were 4x12:
BB Press
DB Incline
DB Flat Press
Incline...
So. First day went well. Wife took me to an Asian Buffet so I did the best I could to find some not breaded high fat foods. Ate a good amount of chicken there too, vegetables and such. First day feels good, I am coming from a very high protein, moderate fat low carb diet, so the lack of carbs...
So. Ive posted a couple of times, mainly looking for cutting type stuff for when I drop more weight. I know that a good diet and exercise is key before taking and PEDs or supps.
I'm 5' 9" and I weight 240. Don't know my bf%. I have a 40 inch waist and a 50 inch chest if that helps the visual...
4 out of 5 rating for Cellucor C4 Extreme 5 Servings
Was a great pwo. I had great energy and endurance using this. Had great extended workouts as well. Just didn't feel like it kept the pump
I'll look into that for sure! I was told by a couple of guys to go with that as a starter cut type thing. Not to get into anything stronger until I have some experience with dosages and such. I have heard of the sarms, just not looked into it much. Ya, the T3 possibly messing with the Thyroid...
I appreciate all the welcome love here! I have been reading quite a bit about things here and a few others. I'm looking at starting a Clen/T3 cycle soon. I know its not "steroidal" but still wanting to find as much information as I can. I dont think I'm quite ready to get any gear, obviously...
Hey guys. Found this forum recently, been lurking a little. I figured I would register and join. I love to hit the gym, best part of my day honestly. I'm looking to cut weight right now and work up from there. Figured I would stop by and say hi.
I wish i could speak on Maxout, but I can't. I have used ProJym products for almost 6 months though now and still am glad I have never looked back. I feel a nice boost from the pwo, retain a good pump from it as well.
