Be careful when dosing your clen and try not to take any other stims. It’s a lot of strain on your heart. Also make sure you monitor your sleep, maybe have something on hand if the clen causes insomnia. Good luck

I think they're sustaplex was 325, that stuff was legit. It had that cool bottling with the clear rubber. I made great gains with that, with the extra prop in there.
I agree that your body is subject to whatever your body responds to, but I don't think you can ever go wrong with a high protein ,moderately high calorie spread out over aboutt 5-7 meals. Keeps your metabolism rolling.
Unless your going to find natural shows, most competitors you'll face well be on cycle. Have all your PCT and ancillary on hand before you start! Macro and micros depend on you personally. Definitely test e or test c and taper with test prop. Test prop is great pre contest just a hassle EOD...
