    Its all apart if it, i have easier days. Its not a crazy hard gym session. Just enough to keep what i have. Training once a day allows for about 20 hours recovery. And i train different energy systems each day. But i basically need to train this. Was looking at maybe a way to speed it up thats...

    Ok thanks. Just trying to improve recovery from training sessions. Train everyday 3 to 4 hours at a time and gym twice a week for strength. Currently on peptides but they don't do shit. Cheers Q

    Hey guys I like the ides of tne and test suspension leaving the body pretty quick. As with testing ect. I was wondering if it would be good to use this as for recover, not for everyday use. Say after 3 or 4 hard days of training just for a overnight boost? Probably once a week type thing. Cheers Q
