If u tryin to burn as much cals as possible look at fasted workouts. I also just read an article on that on md that suggested u can raise muscle building on a fasted workout. Wether or not it works i have no idea but a little research may show it could work for u.
Everyone has their own theory of what works and doesnt work. I watched a george farrah seminar and someone asked him a question about what to eat after a workout to stop catabolism. He said that people worry too much about this. That your not gonna immediately shrivel up and lose all ur gains...
