I can tell eating breakfast, 3 lunches and post workout meal and dinner, protein supplements are a necessity. One in the morning and one post workout. I physically cannot eat 6 big meals so the protein shakes are vital for me.

These guys are speaking the truth. Whether or not I am on a cycle or not, muscle soreness and time for recovery is the same, regardless of the compound or amount I am taking. Rest and post workout stretching is the best things to do for muscle soreness.
