Started me first cycle of just test-e 250. Research i seen said twice a week. Some people say the do it on Mondays and Thursdays. Friend of mine said keep it around the same time frame. So should i pin on every 3rd day? Any feedback for best results thank you....
I started my 1st cycle a week ago, and i feel like I'm killing more at the gym.
But I'm not that sore the next day? I'm i healing faster? Or I'm i not working hard enough?
