bcaas vs. EAAs

I personally prefer BCAAs with a high Luecine content to use intra workout, with a whey shake after the workout.

BCAAS always when doing fasted training of any kind. I believe the 3 are primarily responsible for protein synthesis and are of course anti-catabolic 2:1:1 but prefer 3:1:1

this is the EXACT thing i do, have all my clients do and ALWAYS recommend... i have found this to be far and away the most effective method...

eaa's contain all nine of the amino acids .bcaa's is made up of the three main amino acids associated with muscle protein synthesis (muscle building) – leucine, valine and isoleucine.
bcaa's contain a much higher percentage of the big 3 obviously.

reports are mixed as to which is better.

BCAA's are my preference as well. I just use whey to build muscle now for extra aminos though. Not using any free form aminos any more.
