only using iso100 right now but the price is fairly high so thought about not using iso100 and going with BCAA straight powder would have same results or better take another way?
They are completely different supplements. A whey protein isolate is a protein supplement where as BCAA are the amino acids L-leucine, L-valine and L-isolecuine.
