Lately I have cravings before bed and it is not like craving for a banana but like for sweets and just hunger. How do I fix this what can I take before bed to control these cravings? It is getting bad

bro use 5htp it kills cravings at night...i use it in n2sleep...great combo....

If it's before bed, you definitely want to avoid stimulants for appetite control. You can try N2sleep with the 5-htp or just drink more water and eat something like green vegetables anytime you are having cravings

Hardest thing to do especially on cycle for me.. I usually make sure my last meal is satisfying with a good amount of fiber. If you really need something tasty just opt for a shake with a little milk

starving yourself before bed is the worst thing you can do because it will hurt your sleep.

should be eating throughout the day and spreading out carbs so you don't feel hungry before bed.

If I'm really hungry before bed, I'll have some Protein.
Either some Liquid Egg Whites or a Piece of Boiled Chicken.

When I'm cutting I'll occasionally get cravings, for me it happens my 1st Week or so of going Keto.
After that I'm good, but I will still have the Egg Whites...................................... JP
P.S.
Also for me, certain AAS cause more Cravings than others.
Tren and I want an Ice Cream Sundae ~ I'll have some Organic Raw Honey instead.

I'll also drink liquid egg whites before bed, or sometimes I'll have a shake. Even if I have to take in something it's better than sleeping (or trying to sleep) when hungry. Nothing kills my workouts the next day like a bad night of sleep. So it's a good trade for me, I may take something in, but I'll have had a good enough sleep to work out hard the next day.

Silk brand almond milk makes yogurt...you have to get the unsweetened one. But that has the sweetness you might need. But a good quality high fiber meal late in the day will help this as well

Are you still eating sugar? Are you dieting? If you are used to eating sugar often, then it can be hard. I'd recommend a good amount of water and some filling protein like a chicken breast, some fish, some beef, or even some eggs. You can even combine that with some fibrous nonstarchy carbs like broccoli, green beans, etc. If you really need something sweet then try a protein shake or a protein bar. If I continually eat sugar, my cravings go through the roof. If I cut out simple sugars and eat smaller continuous meals throughout the day then it is pretty easy.

Try a casein protein shake at bed time. slow release protein will help to feed your muscles while you sleep and also help to curb your appetite.
