been going to the gym for 2 months and now the pumps are gone, no pumps no strength and no size, horrible feeling and tired. anything can be done

A little intro may be? Have you been on cycle before that, or you have been natural all the way? As @gearhead said, DSpark is awesome for this purpose, but unfortunately, as far as I know, it is out of stock. Maybe you could try checking out the sales threads and see if anyone will sell it to ya.

Have you been doing the same Training Regiment for the 2 Months.
If so, that's your problem.
Time to change your Training.
Your Muscles are no longer being Challenged, and therefore, No Pump................................... JP

Are you eating properly, training hard and heavy? ? Are you engaging the muscles and really working them with good form??

If you aren't getting great pumps during your workouts, there is something seriously wrong with your diet, training and/or nutrition.

I would take a good look at everything you are doing now and re-evaluate everything. It sounds to me like you need a de-load week from the gym. Take a week where you do 1/2 the amount of sets you normally would and do 1/2 the amount of cardio you are currently doing.

When you start back on your training regiment, look into adding D-spark as a pre-workout for your workouts. It'll help give you a cognitive boost and increase the pumps you experience during your workout.

Make sure you are eating properly and drinking enough water throughout the day. Remember you BREAK down the muscle tissue in the gym. When you rest and recover is when your muscles actually recover and grow.

Are you eating pre-wo? You should be eating a meal consisting of low GI carbs and protein about 1hr pre-wo. The carbs will fill glycogen stores and help with the pump. Being fully hydrated also plays a vital role in getting a good pump. Are you taking a ton of caffeine pre-wo? Caffeine is a vasoconstrictor, and will decrease a pump. How about some more background info on you? Diet? Training style and for how long? Supplements? Gear?
