Getting the Most out of Yohimflame

Yohimflame is the newest addition to the extensive N2BM lineup. It has already taken over as one of the customer favorite products from, and as it's popularity continues to grow it begs the question, “what is Yohimflame and how do I use it?” Simply put, Yohimflame is the STRONGEST topical fat burner in the market today. Yohimflame contains Yohimbe, Alpha-Yohimbe, 7-Keto-DHEA, Synephrine, Caffeine and Raspberry Ketones. When applied topically, fat cells underneath the skin receive concentrations of these ingredients that could never be possible by ingesting the same compounds.

Now that I've explained what Yohimflame is, I must help you understand how to not only use it, but to make it the most effective it can possibly be.

The main use of Yohimflame is going to be spot fat reduction. This means that you will spray yohimflame on your trouble areas. I myself have found the higher doses to be For instance, if you are attempting to obtain a six pack in your abdominals, you would spray 8 sprays of Yohimflame on each side of your abs, for a total of 16 sprays TWICE a day, making it a total of 32 sprays per 24hr period.

That is the Dylan Gemelli suggested dosing for YohimFlame guys: 16 sprays twice per day, total 32 sprays per day.

The most ideal use for Yohimflame would be to do your first set of 16 sprays in the morning before your cardio and/or your morning workout. The next time would be in the afternoon, 30 minutes before your afternoon/night workout. It is important to understand that when using Yohimflame, you still need to be working out with high intensity to fully utilize it or any supplement for that matter.

If you are using Yohimflame, you are attempting to rid yourself of fat. Working out hard is the key to this as well as eating properly with consistency, and then the addition of such a high powered fat burner like Yohimflame and you will be burning fat at a DRASTIC pace. Incorporating cardio training in your workout is going to be the key to the fat burning process. Doing a fasted cardio session in the morning(training on an empty stomach, drinking only water), as well as incorporating the use of Yohimflame, and the fat burning process will increase at a rapid pace.

There are plenty of excellent cardio options to use during this entire process. I would recommend that you engage in a high amount of endurance training as well as HIIT (high intensity interval training). By doing both of these types of training, you are continuously shocking your body to burn fat, as well as getting the best of both worlds within cardiovascular training. You never want your body to adapt to things making them less effective, so you must mix things up with consistency. An example of distance and endurance training would be simply jogging for 5 miles at the same pace, the entire way. By doing this type of training, you are building your vo2 max, which is one factor that can determine an athlete's capacity to perform sustained exercise and is linked to aerobic endurance. VO2 max refers to the maximum amount of oxygen that an individual can utilize during intense or maximal exercise. By increasing your vo2 max, you are allowing yourself to train at a much higher level, thus giving you the ability to burn more fat.

An example of HIIT training would be running a 50 yard sprint, then resting 1-2 minutes before running another sprint. You would do this for 20-30 minutes before moving on to another HIIT training method. Another example of this type of training would be to start jogging. After a few minutes of jogging you can do one of two things. Option one would be to turn the speed up at a much higher rate for one minute before lowering back down to normal speed. You would continue to enhance the speed after every few minutes. This would be another 20-30 minutes. You could also job in 10-15 minutes increments and then mix in 5 sprints, with 30 seconds to 1 minute for rest in between sprints. After you complete the sprints, you would go back to jogging and repeat the sprints again. These are just a few examples. There are other methods of cardio training that are excellent and should be utilized as well. Swimming, riding a bike, stair climbing, elliptical, circuits (jump rope, box jumps, burpees, push ups, sit ups, etc.) are all excellent options. Utilizing these methods along with Yohimflame use will result in drastic changes in fat loss, much better than training alone IMO.

Another effective way to utilize YohimFlame's many capabilities would be to stack it with another new and extremely popular product from called “Liquidex AI” Liquidex is an extremely strong, over the counter aromatase inhibitor. An extremely strong anti-gynecomastia treatment can be utilized with this stack. Liquidex will attack excess estrogen, reducing it down to where it should be. Yohimflame can then be applied topically to the nipples and chest region where there is often fatty deposits, especially on the nipples.
