Side Effects of Andarine (S4)

As with any compound or chemical, there are benefits and side effects. Understanding both sides and what you are getting yourself into with use is key for your health and longevity. Always keep in mind, some drugs carry more side effects than others. However, side effects can be controlled, mitigated or eliminated, yet they need to be taken very seriously and addressed accordingly. Read further to understand the side effects of Andarine (S4) use and how to avoid and mitigate them during your cycle.

Introduction

Andarine (s4) is an extremely strong and effective SARM. It is often viewed as the strongest SARM in its class and has been compared to winstrol in terms of positive effects it can provide. Andarine is very powerful and effective, and if one can sustain a 12 week cycle, the results are astounding.

Suppression

One of the possible side effects with extended andarine use is suppression. Extended use would be defined as any cycle exceeding six-eight (6-8) weeks, which would generally happen during a complete cycle. The suppression that can come with andarine use is very minimal, but has some presence and needs to be addressed. By using HCGenerate with andarine (s4), you will be able to keep suppression to a minimum and allow for a quicker, more optimal recovery after cycle. The suppression is nothing comparable to that of steroid use, but it is present and needs to be addressed to ensure proper long term results.

Vision Side Effects Explained

The biggest concern and most commonly known side effect of andarine use is the vision effects. In short, the S4 molecule will bind to the receptor in the eye, which will cause a yellow tint to be seen in short amounts of time. This generally occurs at night, especially when switching from a dark to lightened area. The effects are not permanent, but they can cause great discomfort if the binding is more aggressive. Predicting the extent and time frame of this occurrence is generally impossible as it is variable from person to person. Some experience little to no effect even after 8-10 weeks, while others can have binding occur in as quickly as 7-10 days. The key to avoiding or mitigating side effects from occurring is to follow the protocol that I have come up with after many years of trial-and-error. It is a dosing pattern that will help the user adapt to the molecule and allow for a far more optimal chance of completing a cycle. Read on below for the protocol.

Treating and mitigating Vision Side Effects

5 days on – 2 days off

The half life of s4 is very short. Due to this, a 5 days on and 2 days off protocol is often used by many who cannot handle the side effects. This has shown to be helpful, but it's not optimal either as it is more beneficial to be able to use andarine every day throughout the cycle. The 5on/2off approach is usually used by those who cannot handle the side effects at all.

Overall Dosing Protocol

The following protocol is something that I developed to help a user mitigate and hopefully avoid extreme vision effects from occurring.

I compare this protocol to fighting Mike Tyson on Mike Tyson’s punch out. If anyone has ever played the game they will appreciate this comparison. When you fight Mike Tyson, the first 1:20 seconds of round 1, if you're hit just one time you are knocked down. This is the danger zone. Once you get past that first [1:20], you are much safer, but you still must proceed with caution as there is constant danger present if you let your guard down.

The same idea goes for andarine (s4). You need to ease into the first 2 weeks at an average dose of 25-50 mgs. If you are able to get through the first 2 weeks with minimal or no side effects, then you have made it through the danger zone. You have reached a point where you can increase your dose to 60 mg, but it is imperative to proceed with caution. This is a testing phase. You must now stay on 60 mg between 10-14 days. After this point, it's alright to increase your dose to 70 mg. The sweet spot for dosing is between 70-80 mg per day. The optimum dosing would be to use S4 at around 100 mg per day, but most users are unable to get to this point. Continue to follow the 10 mg increase pattern throughout your cycle until your reach the bottom of your level of comfort. Do not exceed 100 mg per day. Do NOT rush to increase dosage, it will not yield more results – just more side effects. Following this protocol will be the safest and most effective way of dosing andarine.

Andarine (S4)

1

25mgs/ED

2

50mgs/ED

*At this point you must judge the vision sides. If they are minimal, increase dosages by 10mgs; if you're not comfortable, decrease doses back to manageable levels (around 25-50mgs range).

3

60mgs/ED

4

60mgs/ED

*If you feel the sides are alright at 60mgs, you can move up to the magic 70-80mgs range.

5

70mgs/ED

6

70mgs/ED

7

80mgs/ED

8

80mgs/ED

9

80mgs/ED

*At this point, you are probably one of the guys who gets little sides or very manageable sides from andarine. You can move up to the super sweet 100mgs/ED. ONLY if you're comfortable.

10

90mgs/ED

11

100mgs/ED

12

100mgs/ED

Conclusion

Andarine (S4) is highly beneficial, and if a complete cycle is implemented, the results will leave a user more than satisfied. Understanding the side effects and how to properly use S4 is of the utmost importance. Make sure that the dosing protocols are followed and all safety precautions are taken. If you do that, there will be a far greater chance of maximum gains made while health and longevity remains.
