Steve starts by saying that this guy is an absolute beast. He is 240 pounds and, at the start of the log, was already benching 350+ and squatting 400+. He had previously run a Testosterone cycle for 16 weeks. He has been lifting consistently for 4 years but overall for 10 years and is currently 28 years old.

He eats a lot of protein and food. He eats things like eggs, salmon, oatmeal, broccoli, chicken, rice, etc, and tries to eat a big breakfast and eat every 3 hours including pre and post-workout.

Mobster says he is also a blue-collar guy. He used to work at a meat processing plant, which was a lot of hard labor that would wear him out before the gym. Concrete work is probably one of the hardest physical labor jobs you could do.

43yrs old, 5'10", 206lbs

His first cycle of anything other than SARMS and Testosterone.

8 week cycle

  • TrenE - 200mg/wk, 100mg every 3.5 days
  • Anavar - 50mg ed, 25mg am/pm
  • Test Cyp- 500mg/wk, 250mg every 3.5 days

His goal is to put on as much lean mass as possible.

He admits he has trouble keeping his nutrition clean while also figuring out how to get in quality calories.

During his cycle, he had to deal with adversity including needing surgery on his shoulder. Although the surgery is covered by his insurance, it will require him to miss work which is tough cause he says he just got out of prison a few years ago and has been trying to get his life together. This log is an example of the ups and downs of life.

Steve says Ravenson is your typical average Joe who just wants to build more muscle and lose body fat.  His goal isn't to be Mr. Olympia or be a pro bodybuilder, he just wants to look and feel good.

His cycle is Test Cyp, Deca, Anavar, and Winstrol. He posts his diet macros as 125g carb, 100g fat, and 200g protein.

Mobster says that he previously had spinal issues which is why he avoids certain lifts including squats. He had some stem cell injections and is working around his issues to still put in the volume in the gym.

Noah has pushed himself hard the past 2 years and in the process, it has led to some overuse nagging injuries. In this log, he wanted to put together a mix of HGH 1iu's per day along with BPC157.   His main issues were elbow and knee issues which have made training and cardio hard.

He has had a lot of success on this log and you should follow it to see what he did if you are in the same boat.  He is now able to push some heavy weight on his legs and is setting PRs.

Mobster says Noah has had to learn some things as we all have. One of the cool things is he has mentioned that competitors have approached him and said that he should compete.

Boxcutter has a very good diet full of micronutrients. He also does things like yoga and gets a lot of sleep.

Mobster says this type of training works for him and it's very hardcore and heavy volume. He thinks 2 sets per set is fine but overall volume he thinks is very high with 36 sets.  He can get away with it only because of his maintenance and high-quality nutrition.

Mobster also points out that he had a medical condition regarding his bowels that he has had to overcome so he is a beast.

He is 28 years old, 6'1'', and 191 pounds. Training for 4 years.

His cycle was 300mgs Test E for 16 weeks along with Anavar 50mgs a day with 7 caps n2guard and 25mgs aromasin per week.

He does a lot of time-restricted eating and fasting and he posts his ketone results.

He also loves fasted cardio which he will do for over an hour.

His typical leg workout is:

Mobster says he has picked up a lot of information doing this log to improve his diet. He says this guy has done a great job of hitting his target and started this log with not as much knowledge as he would have liked. But he has learned A LOT during this experience and seen some really good results.
