Introduction

Welcome to Evolutionary.org Hardcore 2.0 #59.  In this episode, Steve and Mobster talk about the best injection sites for beginners and advanced and why?  They first go over why Euro Pharma is the place to go when you want high-quality and smooth gear.  They then talk about the volume of injecting for both beginners and advanced.  Next, they talk about their favorite injection spots and whether the glutes are the best place.  They also talk about other injection spots, that you might not even know were possible, that are great places to inject. Finally, they finish the show by going over some good Euro Pharma injectables that you can try out on your next cycle.

Euro Pharma, why do we like them

Mobster says he has used Euro Pharma for years and they are his favorite brand.

He says they have excellent customer service and great shipping, and their reps are extremely knowledgeable and on point.  One of the most important things he likes about them is they give their hard-working employees a yearly holiday for around 2 weeks, which keeps them happy and motivated.

Steve says using a high-quality brand is important because it can differentiate between a successful cycle and a failure.  Euro Pharma is very affordable which Steve loves, so you not only save money but you are getting great value when you use their stuff. Most importantly, he knows when he buys their products he is getting what they say it is on the label and it's correctly dosed.

Volume of injecting beginners vs. advanced

Steve says there are a couple of ways to look at this topic.  If you are a beginner would you rather inject less gear/more often or would you rather inject more gear/less often?  He believes that most beginners would rather inject less often so they will choose injecting 2-3CC's once or twice a week to cut down on pinning.

Mobster says we have a pro on our forum team who uses many grams of gear per week. For him, he must inject high volume/very often to be able to get that much gear into his system.  Someone like him will load up several 3CC pins, and prep them ahead of time, to make multiple injections in different muscles.   This means he must inject in muscles that he might not want to such as the biceps or calves, due to them being uncomfortable injections, otherwise he runs a high chance of building up scar tissue or getting abscesses.

Our favorite injection spots and site pinning

Mobster first talks about site pinning and says there is no scientific evidence that site pinning makes a difference in 99% of people.

Steve then talks about each place that is good to inject and says which ones are better for beginners vs. advanced.

Bicep and Calf: These 2 spots are better reserved for advanced bodybuilders who inject so much volume that they run out of spots to inject.  Steve says he tried to pin his calves a couple of times and it didn't end well, and Mobster is not a fan of either spot as they are too sensitive.

Delts: These are a great spot for both beginners and advanced.  If you are right-handed the delts are an easy injection on your left side and vice versa depending on your dominant hand. Steve likes to use a wall to help twist the delt in front of him.

Glutes:  You won't go wrong with glutes although Steve and Mobster are personally not a fan of it.  Steve says he doesn't like having to use a mirror to inject this spot, while Mobster says he is too big to be comfortable with it.  However, many beginners will find the glutes an easy injection and low risk.

Lat, Thigh and Trap: This can be a good injection spot if you aren't sensitive to pinning. They are generally more favorable though to more advanced users who have experience.

Pec: This is Steve's favorite spot to inject. He says to flex your chest and then measure about 1-2" going up and inside to find the peak part of the pec. This will be the ideal spot to pin and it's a great spot for both beginners and advanced.

Tricep:  Steve says when he used to get allergy shots the nurse lady at the clinic would rotate his triceps for each injection.  He said that it wasn't that bad at all but it isn't as easy when you are doing it on your own.  Leave this one more for the pros.

Quads:  This area can be very good for both newbies and advanced, but they do have a lot of veins to watch out for.

Euro Pharma's favorite injectables and cycles

Mobster says his favorite 2 Euro Pharma injectables are Sustanon and Deca.  At his biggest, he was doing a total of 1050mgs a week, which came out to around an average of 6CC's total per week.  He also loves Testosterone Cypionate from Euro Pharma. He also likes their cutting blend injectable which is a blend of Test, Masteron, and Trenbolone. He says he ran around 750mgs total per week of that and was rotating sites with no problems injecting.

Steve loves the Euro Pharma Equipoise because he loves staying active these days.  Equipoise is great because it gives you all the benefits of anabolic steroids, without a lot of side effects at the same time, and you can get great results on just 300mgs a week.  He also likes to use Turinabol with it, which is an oral from Euro Pharma.  Euro Pharma has excellent injectables but they also have excellent orals too.

Final thoughts

Mobster says he hates lazy people when it comes to injecting.  Always practice safe pinning where you wipe down your skin before injecting.  Never inject in a dirty environment, like at the gym locker room, or while you are on the toilet.  Make sure you dispose of the needles properly and don't leave them in the street for a kid to find.
