Brad-Pitt-Fight-Club-Body

Brad Pitt is an award-winning American actor and producer. He is only one of two actors to have Oscar wins for both Best Picture and Best Supporting Actor and has been known to play various roles mostly as "the good guy" or "the tough guy" in movies which has required him to get extremely ripped. He is considered one of the most powerful men in American cinema. In this article, we will talk about his life, successes, and steroid stacks.

Early life

Pitt was born in a small town in Central Oklahoma called Shawnee on December 18, 1963, but grew up mostly in Missouri. Even though he was raised by very conservative Christian parents, he did not adhere to that belief, although as an adult he is still spiritual. In college, he majored in journalism, but his first love was movies. His movie heroes were Mickey Rourke, Gary Oldman, and Sean Penn. He moved to California to pursue acting and worked odd jobs to make it until getting his first breaks.

Early acting

Pitt started his early career in his early to mid 20's doing uncredited work in films and also playing a small role in a soap opera called 'Another World'. He also had guest appearances in sitcoms that year.

Over the next few years, he played many different roles in shows and films which were mostly centered around the 'tough boy hunk' type of roles. This changed in 1992, when he starred in 'A River Runs Through It' which was directed by Robert Redford. He was lauded for an incredible performance working with a very well-known cast.

His next breakthrough role came alongside Tom Cruise in the movie 'Interview with the Vampire: The Vampire Chronicles' and then starring as the hero in 'Legends of the Fall' where he earned a Golden Globe nomination.

Fight Club and Troy

In 1999, Pitt got the main role in the movie 'Fight Club' which had a massive budget of over $60M. The movie was not hugely acclaimed, it was considered good to mediocre by critics, but it was loved by many audiences and became a cult classic. Pitt's shirtless fight scenes and personality in the video were endeared by many men and women over the years, and there have been many young people coming onto forums wanting to know his workouts, diet, and steroids to prepare for the movie. Here is a clip of him fighting:

Another movie where he got to show off his body was 'Troy' which was about the Trojan War

He had spent 6 months training for the movie and although the movie was far from a critically acclaimed film, it did make $500M at the box office and made Pitt well known worldwide.

Other notable movie notes

Overall, Pitt can appeal to both sexes. Females love his rugged good looks as a sex symbol and he has been routinely ranked as one of the sexiest men alive. People magazine named him the sexiest man in 1995 and 2000. He has also ranked in the top 10 in Forbes's most powerful men. For these reasons, he commands up to $20M per movie role, which makes him one of the top paid actors. Overall he is estimated to be worth $300M.

Critically acclaimed roles

Pitt has 1 Oscar win for Best Supporting Actor for his role in Quentin Tarantino's "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood" where he played a tough guy movie stuntman. He also has 1 Oscar win for best picture for "12 Years a Slave".

His other Oscar nominations were for '12 Monkey's', 'The Curious Case of Benjamin Button', 'Moneyball', and 'The Big Short'.

Workouts

Brad-pitt-fight-club-workout

Pitt has been known to train hard ahead of a movie role where he would get to show off his body. He is naturally lean and attractive, just look at his teenager picture with no shirt.

In his case, being able to put on some muscle mass and getting ripped was all he had to worry about ahead of a film.

Ahead of 'Fight Club', Pitt spend time doing a lot of cardio to burn off excess fat and he did a lot of bodyweight exercises like pullups and pushups. He also hit the weight room almost daily, working out a different muscle group. Overall he was said to train 6-7 days a week religiously 3 hours a day, ahead of the movie.

During 'Troy' he changed his workouts up by doing more yoga/stretching, weight training, a lot of ab work, and martial arts. As mentioned above, he trained 6 months for the role and had to learn how to use a sword and was paid a total of 17.5M. Wouldn't you train for 6 months straight 6-7 days a week and 3 hours a day if you were paid that much?

Diet

Diet

Pitt is naturally a lean guy but to shred up he had to stick to a strict diet. His diet was lean chicken and fish, eggs, good carbs like brown rice and oatmeal, vegetables, and fruit.

He also did a lot of time-restricted eating or what some call 'intermittent fasting' where he would fast a long period of time, then work out, then eat a healthy meal after. This allows his body to be forced to utilize the excess fat stores for energy.

One last note is Pitt has a history of alcohol abuse which he has been able to conquer.

Personal life

Pitt was married to actress Jennifer Aniston for 5 years from 2000 to 2005. He then married actress Angelina Jolie in 2014 but got divorced in 2019.

Pitt has given back tremendously and has his own charitable organization to help people in America and abroad. He is a fantastic human being and has given away millions for various causes.

He has a total of 6 children, and his brother Douglas Pitt is a well-known businessman and philanthropist.

Steroid Cycle

Pitt’s peak stats were 5’11” and 172 pounds, 6% body fat with a 32” Waist and 43” chest.

It is well-known celebrities will do what they need to do to look good for a film role. Pitt is no exception. As mentioned earlier, the big question that has been asked over the years on forums is "What did Brad Pitt use in Fight Club?" and in recent years "What did Brad Pitt use in Troy?". Well, we can speculate what he may have used in both movies:
