Fat burning 101

Mobster says people want to look leaner and want a 6 pack, that is what fat burning is all about.  Sometimes on the forums people will come on and want to take something for fat burning, and he says there isn't any mention of cardio or diet in their post.  His view is you should get your diet and cardio on point first before wanting to use anything whether it be a drug, steroid, or supplement.

Steve says your body can be in 2 modes, either fat storing or fat burning.  One of the big mistakes we see is people eating the wrong foods, eating too often, and not allowing their bodies have a chance to be in fat-burning mode.  We keep our insulin levels high way too many hours than we should, which puts our body into fat-storing mode.

When it comes to cardio there is an optimal way to do it where you would get the best results. He says fasted cardio is a huge weapon because it forces your body to go after stored energy which is your fat stores.  This might be uncomfortable at first, because you have made it a habit to use food for energy instead of your fat stores, or you could be addicted to sugar/carbs but after 2-3 weeks your body will adjust.  Once you increase your insulin sensitivity it will become much easier to stay leaner for the long term.

When it comes to taking Clen and Anavar both of those can help put you more in fat-burning mode as a cheat.

Euro Pharma Clenbuterol facts

Clenbuterol is not a steroid, it's a drug similar to ephedrine because it stimulates beta-2 receptors as a beta-2 agonist.  The trick with clen is that it allows you to burn stored body fat as energy more quickly.   It has been used by bodybuilders and celebrities, and reached peak popularity during the 90s and 2000s, thanks to well-known users such as Britney Spears and top-level bodybuilders.  With current pro bodybuilding protocols, it will be included in many situations.

The side effects of Clen can get nasty.  Some of the things are shaky hands, heartburn, elevated heart rate, and even enlarged heart.  If your blood pressure rises too sharply then you need to lower your dose so you do not damage your heart health.  You also should be using taurine while on Clen which will help with cramps and make sure you drink a lot of water while using it.

Euro Pharma comes with 40mcg per pill in Clenbuterol.  The proper way to use it would be to start at a lower dose and work your way up slowly over every few days.  Peak the dose at 120mcg and don't be shy about lowering the dose back down.  This is the proper way to use it where you don't cause side effects.

When it comes to how long to run it a common protocol is 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off, but some people who are experienced will run it longer but keep the dosage low.

Euro Pharma Anavar facts

Mobster and Steve say Anavar has been around since the 1960s, but didn't reach peak popularity originally until the 80s and into the 90s. Part of the popularity was that it became very hard to get a hold of after the steroid bans took effect in that era.  During this time its price skyrocketed because people were so desperate to find it, and the unfortunate thing is it became faked and sources were selling fake Anavar to make big margins.  One of the reasons it was so popular was because it was great for fat loss and building lean muscle mass without any estrogen worries and very few androgenic side effects.

Euro Pharma has excellent Anavar and it has been tested to make sure you are buying high-quality products.  You should be using anywhere from 20-50mgs a day as a male, while females can run 2.5mgs up to 10mgs per day.  The length should be up to 8 weeks with liver support.

Mobster says another thing to watch out for with Anavar is back pumps, so it's important to use Taurine which will help.

Fat-burning stack options

Steve gives a couple of really good fat-burning stacks. First off, you can stack both Clen and Anavar together and in this example do the 2 weeks on/2 weeks off procotol with Clen, while also using Anavar but use it 8 weeks straight.

Taken separately, a great cutting stack for a beginner would be Primobolan 500mgs a week along with Anavar 30mgs a day. A lot of experienced users have used Anavar and Euro Pharma Tren to get very good cutting benefits.  Steve says he would use Tren at a lower dose around 200-250mgs a week.

Steve doesn't recommend stacking Clen with Tren, because it's just too many side effects. Use Clen with more mild fat burners like Euro Pharma Tbol, Primo, Equipoise, or low dose Testosterone.

Mobster likes the Anavar and Winstrol stack, and Euro Pharma has an actual blend of both which adds up to 50mgs total of both combined. Run that up to 8 weeks.
