A: 100mgs a week TRT

Steve starts by explaining that we only naturally produce around 80-125mgs a week of Testosterone in a natural state. So, taking 100mgs of any steroid and replacing that with the same amount is pointless for a cycle, UNLESS your Testosterone levels are naturally very low. In that situation, you can do TRT, and that is something that you will have to commit to for life.

Mobster also says that if someone is in their early 20s, their Testosterone levels should be the strongest they have been, so they shouldn't need to do TRT. However, some people might need it due to health issues, so that would be something to talk about with a doctor.

B: 250mgs a week sports TRT

Sports TRT is something new that we have seen sprung up where people are being prescribed a higher dose of TRT.  This isn't long term a good idea as it will eventually catch up to you.  Steve says he has seem people with elevated hematocrit and RBC's which means their blood is thickening up which is not healthy. You must be careful if you choose this route and be open to dropping the dose back down.

Mobster says he is on TRT but not this high, and he takes a baby aspirin daily for his heart health.

C: 500mgs a week beginner cycle

Mobster says he can argue for and against this.  If you are truly ready it's a good amount for injectables, but he also brings up the point that Beligas orals like Anavar or Tbol can be a good option too that you can add to this. He mentions 500mgs of Beligas Testosterone as a popular first cycle.

Steve says this makes sense as a cycle and it's around the number that most people will run their first few cycles with success.  You can do Beligas Equipoise and Primobolan as well, as a good first or 2nd cycle successfully at this dosage.

D: 1000mgs a week moderate cycle for bulking/recomp

This is a type of cycle that is something people will aim for after a few cycles under their belt. This would involve 2 or 3 steroids.  2 steroids at around 500mgs each, or 3 steroids at around 300-400mg a week each.  This would usually be something like Beligas Test + EQ/Primo/Masteron/Deca.

When it comes to orals, Beligas has good bulking options including dbol as a Kickstarter. You can also use Winstrol or Anavar to finish the cycle off if you want to recomp.

Mobster also brings up Beligas for recomp, and you can run it at 300mgs, and add in some other combos that are milder. Masteron would be a great add-on.

E: 2000mgs a week advanced gym rat cycle

Steve explains that a gym rat is someone who is always in the gym when you are there.  You see them when you get there and you see them when you leave still there. They practically live at the gym like a rat would live behind a restaurant.  They have essentially earned the right to run a higher dose cycle.

Mobster says it has become common that pros who want to improve themselves will push more and more steroids where 1000mgs doesn't get them where they want to go.

This would require a combination of steroids where they are using more harsh compounds.  They are using Beligas Trenbolone, Winstrol, Superdrol, and Anadrol.  Even using those steroids solo would be a lot of gear.  They will push Tren higher to 500mgs or more, and they will also add in Testosterone, and maybe something like Equipoise just to push things more.

F: 3000mgs a week competition cycle

Mobster says when you start working with coaches they will want to get you results, so of course they will want to throw a lot of gear your way.  This type of steroid cycle can be split, where it could be 8 weeks at 1500mgs then pushing things up to 3000mgs for the last 8 weeks. Or it might be the opposite, where you start out frontloading 3000mgs then dropping it down to 2000mgs or 1000mgs as you get closer to the competition.  A lot of this is manipulating the esters so that when you are on stage you are peaking.

This type of cycle gets into chemical warfare territory, where you are trying to outgun your opponent when you step on stage. 3000mgs a week is a lot of gear but this is what these guys are using. We have seen the autopsy reports of how much these guys are using.  An example would be running 1200mgs of a couple of steroids like  Beligas Equipoise and Masteron. Then fill in the rest with Beligas Tren and orals, along with Testosterone and Beligas HGH for good measure.

G: 5000mgs a week pro cycle

The guys go over the infamous "Monstro cycle" and warn why this will drastically shorten your life.
