Fenugreek is an amazing herb that has been around for many years in traditional medicine because it benefits your health and vitality. Originally taken directly from the plant, now it can be found in some of the top selling natural testosterone boosters, and health supplement stacks.
Fenugreek (known as Trigonella foenum-graecum) is one of the most popular crops in the world. Currently, it is used in many supplements: for sexual enhancement, for use in bodybuilding, and as part of a PCT regiment. If you have used natural supplements and noticed a significant difference in your libido health then there is a good chance that you have taken Fenugreek. Read More..
What is it?
Fenugreek is a 3-foot plant with green leaves and white flowers which grows pods that have brown colored seeds. The Chinese have historically used these seeds to treat diseases and health problems from skin issues to libido. It can also be found in Asian and Indian cuisines in powder or seed form as a nutty and healthy addition. Fenugreek is loaded with nutrition including fiber, protein, and carbohydrates. It also contains minerals like Magnesium, Manganese, and Iron which is why it can boost the health of any meal when you add it in.
Fenugreek is one of the most important ingredients in testosterone boosters because it works so well. Did you know that there is a low testosterone epidemic going on today in the USA? It is thanks to depleted minerals in our foods, plastics in our oceans, other environmental factors and physical and mental stresses in our modern lives. When you have low testosterone it will inhibit your success with gaining muscle and strength and destroy your confidence in the process.
The building block of all steroids, testosterone is a naturally-produced hormone in the body. It is secreted by the testes and is responsible for the balanced growth and maintenance of primary and secondary sexual characteristics in males - deepening of the voice, broadness of shoulders and narrowing of the pelvis, rapid hair growth (especially on the face, legs and pubis), and the production of semen for sexual reproduction. The first study I want to talk about is the one done where men took 500mgs per day of Fenugreek and were put on a 2-month weight training program where they lifted 4X per week. These men were in their 20's and the ones who took Fenugreek had their testosterone levels go up, while their body fat dropped.
If you ask many women in their 30's and 40's they will complain about their poor sex life with their male partners who seem uninterested in sex. And with the 20-something crowd, we know this age group is having less sex than previous generations so what is going on here? One of the big problems is a lack of libido where people feel like sex is a burden. When this starts it can doom a relationship and dull passion, romance, and love for each other. We have all been there before and as men, we tend to get bored too easy with the same women which causes us to stray away to someone else.
A study took a look at 3 dozen men who took 600mgs a day of Fenugreek. What they found is almost the entire group had an increase in libido and erectile strength. This resulted in an increase in sex with their partners during the 2 months they were on the supplement.

Fenugreek has been shown to benefit diabetics and improve insulin sensitivity in those who were not diabetic. In one study 50g of fenugreek powder was added to 2 meals for 2 weeks daily. They found that there was an improvement in urinary blood sugar and a reduction in LDL cholesterol.
Another study showed that individuals experienced a 15% drop in blood sugar hours after taking Fenugreek supplement. This not only proves it helps with insulin sensitivity and balancing blood sugar, but also gives a person a nice boost in the fiber they would have otherwise not received.
BREAST MILK COMPARED TO FORMULA MILK:
Breast milk provides the ideal nutrition for infants. It has a nearly perfect mix of vitamins, protein, and fat, everything your baby needs to grow. And it's all provided in a form more easily digested than infant formula.... pic.twitter.com/Z9fwIhataO

Did you know that today doctors are steering people away from natural childbirth in the USA? This is a troubling trend because they want to get the baby out as soon as possible to free up space in the hospital, plus they don't want litigation by waiting for the woman who is in labor to give birth when the baby is ready. This does not end there, doctors will then want babies to consume formula instead of breast milk, which again goes against what nature intended. The bad news is that many women have a tough time producing sufficient breast milk due to their own health problems. Fenugreek was found in a study to increase breast milk production, and the milk was much healthier for the baby.
More health benefits
There are some additional benefits that I wanted to share with you that Fenugreek is known for:
- Appetite: When you add Fenugreek to your meals or take the supplement daily, it will help reduce appetite. This has been confirmed in studies where individuals were found to be satiated when they were taking it daily.
- Heartburn: One of the top folk remedies in Asia is using Fenugreek when you have heartburn after a meal. A study showed it was just as effective as harmful anti-acid medications.
- Inflammation: Rodent studies confirm it is anti-inflammatory. Inflammation can lead to oxidative stress, organ issues, and even nagging injuries in the body.
When used by itself, we recommend you use between 500-2000mgs per day. When used as part of a stack you can run 100-400mgs per day.
Both women and men are safe to use it and it is non-hormonal. There is little evidence of any side effects in any research I have seen when used properly. If you happen to use too much you could have issues with stomach problems.

We highly recommend stacking Fenugreek for best results because it works in synergy with other natural supplements, vitamins, and minerals. Rather than purchase all these ingredients separately, it makes a lot more sense to just buy an all in 1 product like M1-MK (BY BannedNutrition). M1-MK is sold by banned nutrition and not only has 200mgs of Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) [Seed] (Standardized to 50% Saponins) but two dozen additional ingredients.
