    11% bodyfat - bulking cycle

    stats: 187lbs, 5 foot 11, 11% bodyfat
    goals: add mass around 20lbs.

    Fyi, you forgot to give your age, in the future I'll ignore questions without age being given.

    If you want to really bulk up, I don't see a point in doing winstrol, you'll just waste your cash. Really, in bulking (as with cutting), your diet is going to play a big role in your gains.

    I redid your whole cycle.

    Week 1-6:
    Dianabulk 2 caps/day
    test enanthate 500mgs/week
    cardarine (GW) 20mgs/day
    S-4 (andarine) 50mgs/day (start with 25mgs and add 10mgs every 4-5 days)
    Aromasin 12.5mgs/ED
    N2Guard - 2 caps AM/2 post workout/3 PM

    Week 7-12:
    test enanthate 500mgs/week
    cardarine (GW) 20mgs/day
    S-4 (andarine) 50mgs/day
    Aromasin 12.5mgs/ED
    N2Guard - 2 caps AM/2 post workout/3 PM
