    16 weeks cardarine question

    I'm new to sarms and want to run cardarine which is great for endurance and fat loss. I plan on buying 4 bottles and then using 20mgs a day which is what i read is the standard dosage. Just trying to get an idea of what kind of results one can expect on this so I can goal set. right now I am 230 pounds and run 1 mile in 15 minutes.

    It's hard to say, everyone is different and like anything you get out of it what you put in.

    I wouldn't expect to suddenly go from a 15 minute mile to a 6 minute mile after a few weeks of GW. But if you stay consistent with your training and diet you should notice a substantial endurance increase. That along with the fat burning properties should lead to a good amount of fat loss.

    I donít run much because of old sports and military injuries so my cardio consists of a lot of steep incline walking and elliptical. My first week on GW I noticed an immediate difference. Normally if I go hard on an the elliptical for 15 minutes I'm pretty gassed and the last 10-15 minutes are a slower pace. I went balls to wall for 30 minutes without missing a beat. I felt like I could go another 30 but had to stop and get to work.

    On GW, S4 and mk2866, I'm down 2% bodyfat in about 3 weeks. As long as you don't expect miracles you'll be very satisfied with the results.

    you have a long way to go if you can only do a mile in 15 minutes. i am 40 and i run a mile in under 7 in my sleep. you need to get into better shape man. the GW is safe for you to use but do not use anything else right now. you would improve your time by close to a minute is my guess pretty quickly on gw

    A lot of it will depend on your diet and exercise routine. I wouldn't put a specific number on it but just challenge yourself to be accountable and work as hard as you can.
