    2 weeks into IGF-1

    I'm doing 100mcg every morning and doing 5 days on and taking 2 off on Sunday and Monday as that is my days off from everything to watch football. I'm also using ZMA. I use the IGF-1 on an empty stomach after 30 minutes of cardio then i get in a protein shake after. I want to optimize it from here, suggestions welcome.

    the best way to optimize it is make sure you got legit stuff. i am not sure that there is legit stuff out there.

    you might be better off just using hgh or nutrobal

    After dosing I would wait 30 mins then eat a meal. I ran 40mcg a day and results were ok.
