    20 lbs to lose with GW challenge

    I am challenging myself to lose 20 lb using g w cardarine
    I'm not know these person but I want to get in better shape
    I work out right now 4 times a week and I am starting to eat much cleaner
    would it make a difference if I upped the dosage and what other diet tips would work good on the snack

    you will get zero added benefit going any higher than 20 mg per day... stacking it with sr9009 and s4 would be the most ideal

    1-12 sr9009 (STENABOLIC) 30 mg day... 5 mg split doses 2-3 hours apart

    Go low carb under 50 grams per day, high protein and high fat.

    Do morning AM cardio on empty stomach and do fasting regularly, water fasting to start.

    You can add cardarine GW501516 20mgs and testolone rad140 25mgs to that mix.

    Nope, not more GW. Run the 20mg per day, continue to work on diet, eat in a 4-5 window each day......and be consistent!!! That will produce the results you are looking for.

    There is no need to increase GW more than 20mgs daily, just clean up your diet, less carbs, more protein and good fat
