    Thank you Steve. Iíll probably buy N2Generate & N2Guard for PCT instead of the DG stuff because it will come out cheaper and I actually have been using N2Generate already and feel great on it

    Guys i feel like now that Iím on week 7 of this cycle the results are really starting to show. My traps are blowing up, the veins are showing way more, the pumps are great, Iím hungrier than ever, and my energy in the gym is great.

    Notes:

    I ran out of my sarms 1 Stenabolic so using proven peptides Stenabolic for the rest of this cycle. doses will be 30-40mg administered 4-6x per day. I also got a new gym membership at a killer gym that is much more suited for my needs. With this change I also decided to change my workout split to PPL so I can finish this cycle balls to the wall hit each body part 2x a week and maximize my gains. I also realize I need to step up on the cardio so that I keep my BF % low even though Iíve climbed up to 193lb from 177lb in 7 weeks. So from now on Iíll be doing cardio 3-4x a week.

    Great news! I did an InBody Test to see my progress from 9/12/19-11/4/19 (7 1/2 weeks) and the results are incredible! This Recomp has been amazing so far and I got 4 1/2 weeks left to go! Finish strong!



    9/12/19 to 11/4/19 gains:

    Weight: 179 to 192.3lb
    Lean body mass:156.1lb to 168.9lb
    BF: 12.8% to 12.2%
    BMI:23.6 to 26.1

    RArm/LArm lean lb:
    9.06lb/9.15lb
    to
    10.67lb/10.82lb


    Rthigh/Lthigh lean lb:
    25.09lb/24.58lb
    To
    24.32lb/23.92lb

    (Seems to have loss some leg gains better start hitting legs HARDER!)
