    I think Iíve made terrific gains so far! Iím not just looking better in the mirror Iím building better mind muscle connection as well as developing a better understanding of how my body works with Sarms and without them.


    I had great gains before doing sarms. I dropped 35+ pounds in the last 3 years by working hard in the kitchen,gym, and being patient with myself day by day.

    I started this log because I wanted to keep track of my progress but also I wanted to give myself a new goal. And Iíd say right now Iím achieving everything I expected to achieve and I still have 7 weeks left

    Notes:

    Got an early workout in today and the pump is still coming in strong. I noticed that especially with lighter weights I get pumped faster. I usually build up into my working sets and i swear the 1st 2 sets are fat pumps! Then itís just like vein popping when I get into working sets. Gotta post a pic soon.

    Now Iím bringing up the Sarms1 SR-9009, I still am not noticing whether itís working or not... Iím doing 10mg 1hr before workout (10mg after 4 hours, and another 10mg 4 hours after that) for a total of 30mg a day and I donít notice anything different. Ima keep dosing it like this for 2 weeks then up it to 40mg and if doesnít do anything for me ima be upset... itís pretty expensive to not work...

    Iím fasted right now at hospital getting ready for a CT Imaging scan. Got a echo cardio gran as well today. Doing bloodwork as well. Gotta make sure my body is doing well (With or w/o sarms) itís important to stay on top of your health.



    Did hit shoulders today I was sore AF... Idk why.. maybe my recent chest day got me sore still.

    Man my recover between sets today was incredible! After I did squats I felt tired and sore... I thought my workout was gonna be shit.. but nah bro! I rested 10min after my 5 sets of squats and it was like I was fully recovered! I can officially say the SR-9009 is working! That and stacked w/ Cardarine is seriously a game changer! Never gonna doubt Sarms1 SR-9009 again the stuff works!

    I was SO HUNGRY all day yesterday! I ate so much protein in the daytime that I left all my carbs for evening and that just gave me this feeling of being endlessly hungry. I know I had a killer leg workout and I did cardio yesterday but dude it was almost like I was get MK-677 effects.



    I decided to do a high volume chest today since I dun ate a shitload last night ima make sure I work my ass off today!
