Goals/Training:


I am aiming to do a Recomp. As for training split Iíll be doing body part split for first 6 weeks then Iíll switch to LPP(legs,push,pull) last 6 weeks if I need a change up.

Notes: my OHP was WAY EASIER TODAY! My entire workout I felt like my endurance and strength was noticeably better today
