    Good luck bud. In my opinion slow and steady wins the race. I'm not a fan of any of these extreme diets at all

    Ya the plan is to get where I want to be then reverse diet slowly add fats and proteins back in

    Interesting, im sort of doing the same thing without even knowing this diet. Im on test/trest cycle rn. Im water fasting but there is somedays where ill eat some tuna or turkey. Its doable

    For sure man but I canít wait for it to be over so I can slowly add fats and proteins haha im low energy all the time

    Same here, especially since its consistenly 107-114degrees here. But we work hard to achieve our goals and im sure youll surpass them.

    Did the 1500 calories for 3 weeks and in the middle of my first week of raising my calories just to a 10% deficit. Those 3 weeks were awful tired all the time and everything was a chore and even now Iím still tired doing about 2200 per day. Anyway as far as results Iím down 7 lbs in about 3 and a half weeks. Thatís with high calorie not counting on the weekends

    What was your progress in dry fasting?
