    Adding Proviron to TRT

    Hey guys,

I've been on TRT for close to 2 years now. Yes, it was doctor prescribed but I have recently dropped my doc and am self-administering. Doc had me at 150mg a week but I felt like I was running higher than needed. I've gotten it dialed in on my own and 75mg a week puts my test levels around 800 5 days after injection.

I've put on more body fat than ever the past couple years but have recently dropped down close to 15%. I've thought about blasting once I'm back down to 10-12%.

I'd like some opinions on adding Proviron to my TRT now. I know it's pretty mild and doesn't aromatize so the sides are minimal. Would there be much benefit or should I wait until I have dropped some more fat?

    Here are my stats:
    5' 9"
    185 lbs
    15-17% bf

15 years of lifting, off and on due to injury. No AAS use other than TRT. Currently on a moderate cut looking to drop another 5% bf while maintaining or gaining a little muscle.

I have been lifting pretty solid for last 5 years without injury. I train 4-5 days a week ranging from heavy sets of 3-5 to hypertrophy sets of 8-12.

I wouldn't consider myself really strong but for a normal 42 year old guy I'd say I'm fairly average.

    Bench 275
    Deadlift 385
    Squat 305

Haven't tried to add much more weight on squat and deadlift because of previous lower back injury.

I recently got back on IF and don't count calories. I eat in 4-6 window daily and it consists of mostly lean protein, green veggies and complex carbs. I did backslide a little during the holidays eating a little junk food but I'm back in line now.

I agree with Dylan as far as length of time. Iíve used Proviron for 12 week cycles while on trt and really noticed the increase in free Testosterone in the facts that I got leaner and had higher libido...

You can definitely run Proviron on TRT, just don't stay on it perpetually.

Thanks guys, definitely don't plan on staying on it too long. I was thinking of running 50mg for 10-12 weeks.

    That's 50mg a day, obviously.

It may or may not reduce Ur estrogen too much, that's the only thing I can think of. That's very person specific.

I think that's why some love proviron and say its killer for libido and others dnt have much great to say about it in that department.

Add in 6 weeks tbol 50mg.
    Or 10 weeks anavar.
    If u wanted.
Would be great addition with no worries about estro and fuk all sides.

If someone is on TRT where suppression and rebound of natural T is a non-issue, what is the reasoning behind not running Proviron indefinitely along with the TRT? Proviron is not liver toxic at all at therapeutic doses from everything I've read.
