    adjusting my workouts around steroids

    my next steroid cycle is going to be for strength
    Iím gonna be using trenbolone acetate 100mg EOD, Halotestin 10mg a day and superdrol 30mg a day
    Iím also considering throwing in some deca durabolin
    Iím 6í tall and weigh around 240 pounds.
    do you think I should continue my current strength training program or should I increase the amount of repetitions or sets that I'm doing while I work out. Right now I'm following a four-day split

    you should change your workout before your steroid cycle, get that done first. a suggset a simple 5x5 if need be

    You should increase reps and do more volume with steroid cycles, push harder.
