Currently 6'2 280.. BF 35%.

Doing all the right things currently... diet/lifting/cardio. Just looking to add some things in to help boost the fat loss process. Getting married in a year and trying to get everything down as much as possible.

Was thinking of adding in SARMS cardarine and maybe N2Slin. Also thinking about just doing a few cycles of winstrol.

What would you all recommend and what dosage for the cycles?

Thanks in advance

wont need any supps yet if your 35% man. go with low dose caffeine for now to help you with energy.
then you can slowly add in things to keep dropping weight.
e.g. once you hit 260 maybe throw in some clenbuterol.
240 some cardarine
220 DNP if you really dont give a fk. but i dont recommend this for beginners if you are. and only low dose for advanced athletes.
most important thing is to slowly reduce the foods your eating and increase your training/cardio.
food should be consistently/slowly decreasing and training/cardio the opposite.

At 35% Body Fat, it would be Dangerous to add any AAS ~ Especially Orals !

Your Best Bet is "Myfitnesspal".

This is a Free Diet Tracking App for Computer's and Smartphones.

It tracks Fat/Carbs/Protein/Sugar/Sodium/and Water Intake.
Follow the Online Prompts to set-up an account................................... JP
P.S.
Once you get into the 20% range ~ you could consider SARMS.
Once you get to 12 or 13% Body Fat ~ then you could consider AAS.

cardarine and n2slin are safe to take if you are obese. neither are hormonal and neither are actual SARM's

take the cardarine split dose 10mg each time daily
take n2slin before any meal or snack 1 cap

eat clean, you need to be in a 5-700 calorie deficit a day, no excuses and NO CHEATING!!
exercise 1-2 hours a day mandatory!

since you are already doing things right as far as diet and exercise then Cardarine and n2slin would really help. Cardarine will help with the fat loss and make your cardio that much easier. N2Slin will help your body not to store carbs as fat.

Just stay consistent with the diet and exercise and you will get the results you want.

Winstrol would't be a good idea at your current body fat percentage and it isn't even needed either brother. Winstrol will suppress your natural testosterone production so you will need to run a PCT afterwards and it'll just open up a whole lot of headache and side effects. Just stick with things non-hormonal like cardarine and n2slin.

The single best supplement you can take for fat loss is a PPAR up regulator like cardarine or SR9009 -> https://www.evolutionary.org/cardarine/

The nicest thing about cardarine and sr9009 is that they are not stimulants or hormones so they won't effect sleep, raise cortisol levels or anything like that. It'll cause a huge boost in fat loss with no side effects.

I would stack the cardarine/sr9009 with a good nutrient partitioning supplement like n2slin from n2bm.com. This will increase insulin muscle sensitivity and help shuttle the food you eat into muscle cells and away from fat cells.

The recommended dosage of cardarine is 20mg/day. I would take 20mg with breakfast each day. Keep it simple and easy.
Take 2 tablets of n2slin 30 minutes before each meal you eat.
