Advice on pre TRT treatment / diagnosed testo deficiency.

Hello, I need some advice here.

I've done about 5 cycles, always recovered back to natural levels 100%, only real issue i've had at all was cycle 3 with tren, dick stopped working for about 3 months after stopping cycle but then was fine again.
My last cycle was bit over a year ago, I recovered fine this time too but after about 6 months after stopping PCT, I noticed my sexdrive getting lower, month later I notice how i start losing muscle and problem has just gotten worse.
Last 3 months i started to develop severe infections and cysts from anything, shaving for example.

So i went to a doctor and did a checkup, my testo and bio active came back almost non existent. Ref values for both where about 3-10, i came back 0.27 and 0.32.
They did another round of checkups and they decided its pituitary related (i think that's correct translation) and they're gonna send me to an endocrinology specialist.

Problem is this, the testo deficiency has caused "blood loss", meaning my body is not producing enough red and white blood cells, which means my immune system is almost non existent. And I also lack enough blood to properly transfer oxygen to the muscles and i get winded super easily.
I'm currently on antibiotic treatment nr 8 in about 3 months. Besides this i'm constantly fatigued, exhausted, depressed, hard to get good erections, gym feels so pointless cuz i only gain fat and lose muscle and a host of other shitty symptoms associated with it.

Now to my actual question... I will have to wait between 8-12 weeks to get the appointment with the specialist and I really can't continue to live like this, its so insanely low quality of life its hard to even put it in words....

I have a lot of gear at home and I was thinking of jumping on 100-150mg test prop per week with some HCG too and bail like 2 weeks before I have the appointment.
Just so I dont have to live like this anymore, its killing me inside and I'm already fucked lol, what more damage could a short prop cruise do?

Or would you recommend against it and maybe try go back to the general doctor and tell him to put me on something while i wait for the specialist? Or worst case scenario just wait for the specialist?
    Any input is appreciated. Thanks!

i personally have zero comfort recommending anything on this one considering the other factors involved.. someone else might but only a doctor should be advising you with any of this... i hate to not have a better answer but theres more to it than just low testosterone here

Yeh i know. I've been opened about my previous AAS use with my doctor, I just lied about the dates, told him it was over 2 years ago and he said not to mention it to the specialist.
I also brought up using testo and he said please please wait so I can try and cure the cause instead of just treating your symptoms and then he offered me benzo to deal with the depression and quality of life but I hate pills so i said no.

At the same time... Its extremely hard to live like this, I have to nap atleast once per day to have enough energy to get me trough the day, anything feels impossible and like huge tasks. Feeling lethargic doesn't even begin to explain it.
My concern is mostly the uncertainty of it all, jumping on prop should fix the blood loss issue, which will boost my immune system again, improve my sleep, definetly get my sexdrive and libido back.... BUT... At what cost? If any?

Wish I could help man but as Dylan mentioned this is a serious medical concern that should be addressed by a doctor.

If you are going to try the Test anyway, I would suggest starting with as low a dose as possible. Everyone reacts differently and it will depend on the the dosing of your Test but I only need 75mg a week to keep my total test levels in the 800s.

If the steroids fucked you why would you think we might suggest using more gear.

Before i did my first cycle, I had about 400-450 ng/dl (im 34) when i should be closer to 650-700 for my age.
Always recovered back without issue but I have contemplated TRT just because the difference on vs off cycle is so huge and my quality of life skyrockets in pretty much every area when im on gear.

To answer your question, because I've already reached the point where I fucked myself over for whatever reason and it's not gonna fix itself.
And I dont have low testo levels, I have NO/NONE testo production, can you even try to imagine how shitty it is to live my life like this?
I was thinking of taking clomid or proviron as in the past clomid has doubled my natural production but the half life on clomid at least is gonna be to long, and proviron is often used in cases like mine, at least from my understanding.

I guess what I'm trying to figure out is this...
Since i've already fucked myself with gear...really...what more damage could I cause here?
Back in my head I keep hearing, bro, shit can ALWAYS get worse... But in my case where my body has "given" up already... What more damage could I really cause?

this is one of those rare situations where i will say "go see a doctor" , however please get multiple opinions and see GOOD doctors. if you live in the sticks obviously you need to take a trip to the city to find them. hell even fly to boston, NY, Cleveland, etc where the best doctors are. there is a reason pro athletes fly across the country to have their surgeries performed by the best of the best.

having said that certain steroids hurt immune health, and some improve it. primo for example helps immune system, tren is awful

I live in europe, on of the scandinavian countries, so free health care, which isn't all to good in my situation... For one, i have to wait up to 3 months, which is the guaranteed time limit to get treatment outside critical/emergency care and I also can't really choose which hospital I get to visit.
I can however decline further treatment after seeing him for the first time and request a new doctor, however... I have never done that and not really sure if that would mean another 3 months waiting... Shit, situations like this is where I would rather see some form of middle ground between free and paid healthcare, I have travel to a neighbour country to be able to choose whatever clinic I want but that means paying all of the treatment out of pocket, insurance won't cover it either.

My general physician is awesome though but he's no specialist and sadly can't do more than what he did, to diagnose me and recommend me further...
The plan right now is tomorrow i'll go to same place as my general physician and sorta try to demand emergency appointment, which you're allowed to do, you just cant choose what doctor to see and tell them straight up, i cant live like this, I need treatment while i wait for the specialist or i'll go home and inject testo.
And sorta gauge their response, most likely they will prescribe something or at least have an opinion.

I really don't know what to do, I'm not stupid, I understand I need professional care and I can't self medicate my way out of this... But you also have to understand, I can't live like this, I just can't, there's so many issues and symptoms you get it's destroying my entire life, I haven't been able to really fuck my girl in months, I heavily underperform at work, my vacation is mostly spent on sick days, I make considerably less money due to all of this and the shitty list just keeps piling on... I have to do something...
