Type 1 Diabetic First Cycle need advice

    i am 27 years old

Have been diabetic almost whole my life, basically for several years. i have good control of my diabetes although it can never be perfect as someone without diabetes.

    height 187cm / 6`1
    weight 78kg / 172lbs
    bf 12%

i have been training for good 3 years. good results. i have trouble to gain more, i can gain fat but not much more muscle. it takes very slow.

i am really interested into starting a testosterone cycle as this is my first ever cycle.

i want to inject about 250-500mg testosterone for 12 weeks (should i take test e or c).
my pct will be 2 weeks after last injection:

    nolva 40/20/20/20
    clomid 50/25/25/25

what about ai, arimidex or aromasin.

i have read alot about how type 1 diabetes can use their insulin to gain weight and muscle fast, by basically injecting more insulin and obviously eating more carbs equivalent to insulin injected. such as 1 unit for 10grams carb. now since i have had diabetes for long time, i know how this works and insulin protocol will not be an issue for me.

what are the benefits and side effects of using insulin combines with testosterone and pct drugs? will i be able to get of bigger a lot faster than others without exogenous insulin, meaning that i can shorten my cycle and recover better.

will the pct drugs have any side effects on me. as you know type 1 diabetes people can be sensitive to certain drugs because their immune system isn't as strong.

i have read that higher testosterone leads to better insulin response in type 1 diabetics, which is good of course.

but what about the side effect from the pct drugs, anything that i should worry about?

what suggestion do you have regarding my first ever cycle. i am looking forward to gain at least 10kg and be leaned in 12 weeks, faster if possible.

As it's your first cycle don't manipulate insulin this time.

dude I am not going to lie to you, as a type 1 diabetic who has to use insulin you will always have a tough time .. but it can be done, see Jay Cutler (the NFL QB) as someone who managed to become an athlete even with the issue

when you inject insulin you are putting your body into storage mode. don't buy into the bs that you build tons of muscle off insulin, you actually will store a lot of fat.

yes it's true, you store a lot of fat when you increase insulin. But with the combine of aas and insulin, i thought that it would help build muscle much faster and bigger

you are implying that your genetics are that of ronnie coleman. he takes insulin, AAS, HGH, and eats a ton of food to get to 300 pounds ripped. you do not have his genetics, so no in practical terms you can't just slam AAS and insulin and put on 50 pounds of pure muscle.

if that was true everyone on this forum would be 300 pounds at 5% body fat.

bodybuilding is a ruse in a lot of ways. we are led to believe that anyone can be the next Mr. O.. it is just like poker. how many people pack up and move to Vegas because they want to become a pro poker player or gambler. i mean you see every year some random fat fuck win 8M at the WSOP. what they don't tell you is that 90% of poker players are broke/in tons of debt or just rich businessmen who have nothing better to do with their money than gamble it away. bodybuilding is the same way .

Exactly. Some people are predispositioned to respond better to the gym, AAS, etc...

No matter how hard I tried, I would never be a pro bodybuilder. My body just isnít made that way. Steve is spot on here. Some have it, some donít. Just accept what you can do. Do the best you can and go from there

    i put it this simply.

if you couldn't even land a div 1 scholarship to a top tier football program then you aren't going to be a pro bodybuilder. any idiot middle school PE coach can tell you the 1 or 2 kids in his school that have that top 1% athletic talent. it isn't that hard to figure it out. you have a less of a chance of making it in the top 10 at mr olympia than winning a super bowl as a starting QB

now the good news: just cause you are in the bottom 99% genetics doesn't mean you still cannot enjoy weight training and build a nice physique. and everyone has disadvantages, don't let your crutch of type 1 diabetes stand in your way. and just cause you don't put on panties and get on stage showing off your body to other men doesn't mean you can't enjoy bodybuilding

I have type one diabetes and you really have to walk a fine line with aas running doses to high and certain compounds with raise your blood sugar and you will need to know where and when to adjust or drop . Training with very low to know carb has been best for me because the less insulin you use the less amount of fat you will hold on to .

Talk about perfect timing - we are doing a insulin q/a episode tomorrow night with IFBB Pro Colette Nelson. I'll make a thread tomorrow morning where you can post questions for us to ask Colette on the podcast.

yes certain aas will make insulin response worse, others such as testosterone can actually make it better (from what i have read, maybe because test leads to lower body fat).

what have you taken, and how well did you respond to your cycle.
