I've done it on it's own at around 50mg a day. I gained 5lbs on (lost most of that off which suited me at the time) and it took my strength up just enough for the competition I was doing.

I recommend running a test base with it, since it will shut down your natural production and anavar doesn't replace it

50mg would be a safe dosage to start with.

It can be ran very very successfully by itself, keep in mind there is better methods and protocols out there. I would not make this a go to protocol every time, just be aware of other successful protocols.. come back to this thread and keep us all updated with your results
