    Anti inflammatory?.

Just a quick question, how much more harmful is it to take ibuprofen when I'm on my cycle. And should I be taking them? Or is there another anti inflamitory that would be better.

    Thanks

It probably doesn't matter to much. That being said, I avoid them while on cycle.

It shouldn't be terrible if you're using normal doses infrequently

Does not matter on cycle. If you want to be OCD use arachidonic acid to keep the inflammation in your muscles where you want it.

Let me rephrase, "It does not matter unless you are abusing nsaids".

I'd also want to know why you'd need them.

we need to stop being snowflakes and accept normal light soreness and pain is going to be part of this game. otherwise you need to take up knitting or another hobby
lol, that is the asshole response but seriously when you use anti-inflammatories as a weight lifter it is possibly the dumbest thing you could do. inflammation is very important post workout because it sends blood to your joints, soft tissues and muscles to repair what you just fucked up.

so please please please stay away from painkillers, anti inflammtories etc. if you are in a lot of pain then REST. let your body repair itself.

Stevesmi is correct. If you've tendinitis stop doing what caused it. If your joints are sore then look at joint products.

I think you're overthinking this. If you need ibuprofen take it. If you're taking it every day then you need to treat the cause of the inflammation or pain.
